I am a Marion, SC native and Coker University graduate. After graduation from Coker, I moved to Myrtle Beach where I fell in love with the beautiful sandy beaches and scenic views of the Atlantic ocean.

Orton Bellamy

Orton is a Conway native, military veteran and retiree from the S.C. Probation, Parole and Pardon Board. He is an active Horry County council member who enjoys helping his community. 

Bellamy graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School before earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from McKendree University in Lebanon, Ill.; and a master’s degree in public administration from American Military University in Charles Town, W.Va. He served 21 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as chief warrant officer three (CW3), and spent 20 years on the S.C. Probation, Parole and Pardon Board. The Conwayite is a member of Mt. Calvary #2 Missionary Baptist Church. In his mission to serve the public, he obtained his real estate license and enjoys assisting his clients with state of the art digital marketing while attracting buyers to find that perfect dream home. James “Jamie” Bradford

Rick is a longtime Horry County resident. He is a Loris native and a graduate of Loris High School. He graduated from Coker University and then Rick obtained a sales position at Rabon’s Homes in Conway, SC. He obtained his real estate license soon thereafter and never looked back. He has served thousands of clients over the last 39 years in the manufactured housing industry as well as the residential real estate market. Seth is a lifelong resident of Horry County. He is the owner of Rabon’s Home Center and specializes in the manufactured housing industry.
